Football

My husband and my eldest son eat, sleep and breathe football. If they aren't watching it they are out back playing. As you may or may not know, last night was the BCS National Championship game. Caden didn't think they should have school because it was a holiday. Although Ryan didn't voice his opinion on the matter, I'm sure his thinking is along the same lines.

I'm not positive, but I think the neighbor boys think Ryan is pretty cool. I'm sure Caden has told them his dad is a former Cyclone football player. Which equates to coolness for most boys 12 & under. How did I come to this conclusion? Let me tell you. Ryan and Caden get about three minutes of football playing out back before the neighbor boys bust through the gate and join in. It never fails. They have a great time. All of them. Especially the big one.

Oh, but don't worry. I won't tell them he's actually nothing but a big dork. :)
