Chloe's first year of preschool is over! She thoroughly enjoyed it and made a lot of progress. Also, the formerly shy Miss Chloe has come out of her shell.
Ali finished up optional kindergarten. She loves school, but is ready for summer vacation. Ali had a huge year; she is now reading! She also writes well and sounds out spellings. She is a smart cookie.
Speaking of smart cookies, Caden is on to fourth grade. This year marked his first "testing" year, with the bubbles and whatnot. His results were super! We may have a budding mathematician or scientist here. But, of course, if you ask him he will say he is a budding professional athlete. Go figure.
It amazes me how much he has learned this year. Cursive writing is in the mix now (this is a big deal!!) Caden's mastered single digit multiplication and division. Double digit subtraction and addition. I have gone from answering his math questions to asking him to add things up for me. It's a sign of the times folks.
I am so proud of these kiddos. Bring on the summer fun!
