Christmas

Here is a (mostly) photographic description of our wonderful holiday break!

The two school days before winter break were snow days. Bonus! What was there to do besides go sled at the farm?

We are blessed with fantastic family and enjoyed every second spent with them, and each other this holiday. God is good!

Snow Day

Caden is in hog heaven. He's piled on the couch with numerous blankets and pillows playing Xbox. Shouldn't he be at school? Yes, but it's a snow day! For a kiddo, there is nothing better than a surprise day off school.

Ryan even got a snow day from work. However, I think he would have traded shoveling the drive this morning for going into work. He almost had a heart attack.

Not sure what the big deal was? He had a lot of help :)

If my mama taught me anything, it's that hot cocoa is necessary after playing in the snow!

My final thoughts:  

• Should get Ry a snowblower for Christmas.
• Are 30 minutes of dressing kids for winter weather worth 10 min of actual play?
• Glad it's going to be a White Christmas!
